  I am writing to let you know that my nose surgery has turned out very well and I am very pleased. You remember how hesitant and unsure I was at the consultation; because I wanted to be sure that I get a good result and to be sure you understand exactly what I want. You were so patient with me and explained everything with the computer simulation.
  After surgery when the plaster came off finally, I was having mixed emotions. Relief about finally achieving what I had always dreamed about and anxiety about what I will see in the mirror; will I like the new nose? Well it looked good on that day, much straighter than the crooked nose I had. But a few weeks later, when the swelling came down, I could really see the nice change! I am thrilled. Thank you for everything and for being patient with me. I will recommend you highly to anyone considering a nose job.
